Brandon began his career working with youth coaching summer camps, teaching lessons and training staff at Blackcomb Snowboarding School. After 4 years of playing in the snow, he moved down the mountain to work for Family Services of Greater Vancouver as an Integration Support Worker with at-risk youth for 3 years. His experience there led him 5 years ago to work with special needs kids at the Vancouver School Board, a position he still holds. Brandon started teaching iGuy in January 2015 and his natural connection to kids was evident from the moment he walked into his first workshop. He feels grateful for the opportunity to talk honestly and openly with boys about how they can have meaningful relationships with themselves and others, and strives to create a supportive space where boys can discuss these issues in a constructive way. The oldest of three boys, Brandon is very interested in social justice and working toward a future where people can realize their full potential. When he’s not busy making the world a better place, he enjoys playing his guitar and songwriting.
